What is TWR Fitness?

TWR Fitness is a privately owned personal fitness studio run by me, Tristan Roveto. I run my own practice so I can use my knowledge and experience to work directly with my clients and build that personal relationship.

To me, working with a trainer is supposed to FUN, COMFORTABLE, and EFFECTIVE.

Adult Personal Training

We will work to analyze your needs and address them in an environment built for you. Together we will build a relationship and work to achieve your goals.

Youth Athlete Personal Training

Together we will work to learn the basics of health and fitness as a youth athlete and build skills that translate to match performance, injury prevention, short term recovery, and long-term management of your sport performance.

Scientifically Sound -

All of our decisions are backed by the most up to date and trusted research in the field of exercise science. Each case that comes to me is individually researched and I am always gathering new information from a variety of reputable sources.

For the Client -

Everything I do is for you. Every client is treated as an individual instead of put through a standardized and generalized system. That means that our relationship, your schedule, and your training program, will look different than another client’s. That’s why I run my own practice, so nothing stands between myself and my work.

Easy but Accountable Action -

The key is being consistent, so everything is designed around being easy for you. If you don’t want to, you don’t have to worry about a thing. I will work with you to figure out the best schedule between what I think you need and what you can do, and then all you have to do is show up. I’ll manage everything else, you just have to come in and have fun!

None of this works if you don’t enjoy it. I will always be honest with you about what I think you need, but this is about you. This is about making positive changes, and if you aren’t having fun you won’t stick to it. Whether we’re pushing you hard every session, training for specific goals, or working out more casually while chatting, we will build it all in a way that leaves you looking forward to your next session!

Qualifications and Experience

  • Formal Education at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, as an Astronomy and Astrophysics Undergraduate Student

  • Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. CPR/AED Certified

  • 2 Year Mentorship under Kyle Crocker and CalisFit in Litchfield Connecticut

  • Coached Soccer since 2017. New England Revolution Player Development Coach since 2022. Steel United Club Team Head Coach since 2022. Currently Possess the USSF D-License

  • TWR Fitness has been in operation since 2020, starting in Connecticut and now in Massachusetts
